What hours are you open?

7:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday and 7:30 am – 3:00 pm on Saturday

What do I need to rent equipment?

A valid picture ID, a good telephone number, address and payment

Do I have to pay when I pick up the equipment?

Yes in most cases.  We accept cash, check and all major credit cards

 Is a deposit required?

Not for most equipment.  However, trailers and tow dollies do require a $100 refundable deposit  if rented alone unless you are using a credit card.

Are there any charges for fuel?

Yes, for all equipment that use fuel there is either a one time fuel surcharge or you will be asked to bring the equipment back fueled up.

Are there any insurance charges?

We do charge a 10% damage waiver that is technically not insurance but it does cover the equipment for most damage not related to abuse.  This can only be waived if you have already provided us with a Certificate of Insurance showing E-Z Rentals & Sales as the loss payee.

Does Damage Waiver cover tire damage?

Tires are checked before you leave our yard and in most cases tire damage is not covered.  Customers are responsible for flats while on the job.

 Is there any time allowed for travel?

Our computer system automatically provides a minimum 30 minute grace period for travel for any rental longer than 1 hour.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes.  Charges normally apply and will vary depending on what we are delivering and where, please call for rates

Can I make a reservation?

Certainly, we recommend you make a reservation so the equipment you need is more likely to be available when you want it.

Is there any charge for cancelling a reservation?

In most cases there is no charge.

Will someone show me how to operate the equipment?

Our trained personnel will show you the proper use and safe operation of the equipment.  Our personnel are required to check the fuel and oil before they show you how to start every applicable rental item.

Do you have any rental specials?

Yes, we have a Weekend Special on Saturdays if you pick the equipment up between 12 PM and 3 PM.

There is a 1 day rental charge, subject to any applicable hour meter, and the equipment is due back Monday morning before 8:30 AM.

In addition we offer overnight rentals Monday thru Friday.  Most equipment rented after 3:30 in the afternoon can be rented for a minimum three or four hour charge and would be due back before 8:30 am the next day.
